Quick answers to common questions
You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the
Orders page. There you'll find all your purchase history with order
status, payment status, and download availability. Full payment is required at the time
of purchase, and you'll receive order confirmations and download links via email.
Once you purchase a template, you receive a license to use the product
according to our Terms and Conditions. You can re-download your purchased templates
anytime from your Downloads page. Upon account termination, your license remains valid
as long as you haven't violated our Terms.
We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa,
Mastercard, American Express) and secure payment gateways like Stripe
and PayPal. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed securely through PCI DSS compliant third-party providers.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not generally provided after
download. However, refund requests may be considered if: the product significantly
deviates from its description, the file is corrupted and cannot be accessed, or
technical issues prevent download (within 7 days of purchase). Refund requests must be
submitted within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our support team

Click on "Sign In" and then select "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and
we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires in 1 hour for security purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Our templates are available in multiple formats including PowerPoint
(.PPTX), Keynote (.KEY), and Google
Slides. Check the product page for specific format availability for each
template. Products are provided "as is" and we recommend reviewing format compatibility
before purchase.
It depends on your license type. The Standard License is for personal,
non-commercial use only (personal presentations, educational purposes, portfolio
showcase). For commercial use, you need an Extended License, which
allows commercial presentations, client work (up to 5 clients), and business use.
Regardless of license, you cannot resell, redistribute, or use templates in automated
